1. Scope#
This AUP applies to every customer of every Boundless service - personal and business - and to anyone using a Boundless SIM, eSIM, or device. Business customers must flow this AUP down to their end users and remain responsible for their conduct.
2. Prohibited uses#

3. Enforcement ladder#
Enforcement is proportionate. We always log the action to our immutable audit chain - see Abel Layer 23.
- Notice. Where the conduct is not urgent, we contact you with the evidence and ask for an explanation.
- Remediation deadline. If a fix is needed, we agree a deadline (usually 7 days).
- Suspension. We suspend the affected service if there is imminent harm to the network, third parties, or to a child.
- Termination. Only where the breach is severe, repeated, or unlawful.
- Appeal. Any enforcement step may be appealed to the Head of Trust & Safety within 30 days of the action.
4. Reporting abuse#
Report network abuse from a Boundless service to abuse@boundless.tel. We acknowledge within 1 working day. Law-enforcement requests follow our Lawful Intercept Statement.
