Web: WCAG 2.2 AA. App: Apple Accessibility / Android Accessibility guidelines. Bills: large print, audio (MP3), and Braille on request, free of charge.
2. Known limitations#
We publish an honest list of areas we know fall short, with the date we'll fix each by, kept current at the foot of this page.
3. Report a barrier#
Email accessibility@boundless.tel. We acknowledge within 1 working day and provide an alternative route within 5.
4. Legal basis#
Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 (where applicable to procurement we tender into), and the European Accessibility Act 2025 for our EEA footprint.
