1. Who can be an advocate#
Any Boundless customer with an active advocate_profiles record and a unique referral code. Anyone may request a code at sign-up or via the wallet.
2. How attribution works#
A referral is attributed when (a) a prospective customer arrives at the Boundless 2.0 Concierge Application or discovery form via a link carrying ?ref=<code>, AND (b) submits the application or call request, AND (c) is subsequently onboarded as a paying customer. Attribution is recorded on boundless2_enquiries.referrer_user_id and on the referrals ledger and is visible to the advocate in their wallet view.
Self-referrals are not eligible. A single prospect can be attributed to only one originating advocate; the first attributable touch wins.
3. Rate card#
The current per-line credit and tier multiplier are published in the in-app wallet view and on the Advocate dashboard, and are reviewed quarterly during programme launch and annually thereafter. Boundless reserves the right to adjust the rate card with 30 days' notice. Adjustments do not retroactively affect credits already accrued.
Onward referrals (a referred customer who themselves becomes an advocate) attribute a structured share back to the originating advocate, within the limits set out in the live rate card.
4. Payouts#
All credit is paid into your wallet ledger and is withdrawable per the wallet's published payout methods, subject to applicable KYC and tax obligations. Boundless does not deduct, withhold or report tax on your behalf - you are responsible for declaring referral income to your tax authority.
5. What advocates may and may not say#
Advocates must not (a) publish 2.0 pricing, (b) characterise Boundless as a government or NSA-affiliated provider, (c) make absolute interception-defeat claims, or (d) imply that any earnings figure is guaranteed. Advocates must disclose the referral relationship in line with the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the ASA's guidance on affiliate marketing.
6. Termination#
Boundless may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the rate-card representations rules. Accrued and verified credit at the point of suspension remains payable.
