Boundless 2.0 Discovery Data-Handling Notice

1. What we collect#

• Principal name, email, phone, country and (optionally) organisation and role.
• Number of lines, family / colleague counts, threat-driver selections, travel patterns and device-estate counts.
• Free-text on current carrier and current pain (capped at 5,000 characters).
• Urgency band and budget band (band only - not a specific amount).
• Technical context: IP address, user agent, page path, referral code if you arrived via an advocate link.

2. Why we collect it & lawful basis#

To respond to your enquiry, scope the right package, and prepare for the discovery call. Lawful basis: your consent for the wizard submission itself (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interests in operating a sales process (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing dpo@boundless.telecom.

3. Who sees it#

Authorised members of the Boundless sales and customer team, the Data Protection Officer, and named system administrators with audit access. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it#

If you become a customer, your enquiry is retained for the life of the relationship plus 7 years (regulatory record-keeping). If you do not proceed, the enquiry is retained for 24 months and then deleted, unless an earlier deletion request is received.

5. Your rights#

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
