1. 14-day cooling-off#
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt of your SIM/device to change your mind. Email hello@boundless.tel with your account number, or use the model cancellation form linked from your account. Refunds are made within 14 days of the SIM being returned (we cover return postage).
2. One-Touch Switch (mobile)#
To switch to another UK mobile provider, just place the order with them. They'll handle the switch with us under Ofcom's One-Touch Switch process. You don't need a PAC code. The switch happens within 1 working day. To leave without porting, text STAC to 75075.

3. Early termination#
If you signed a fixed-term contract with a discounted device, an early-termination fee may apply - calculated as the device discount amortised across the remaining months. Shown on your account before any charge.
4. After a fixed term ends#
You roll on to a monthly contract and can leave any time with 30 days' notice. We never charge a 'reconnection' or admin fee to leave.
