Suppliers handling personal data sign our DPA. ISO 27001 or equivalent for systems integrators. Sub-contractor flow-down required.
5. Environment#
Compliance with applicable environmental laws. Energy and emissions reporting on request.
6. Audit & exit#
Boundless reserves the right to audit on 30 days' notice. Material breach is grounds for termination.
