1. How to raise a concern#
- Internal: speak-up@boundless.tel (read by the Audit Committee chair, not by management)
- Anonymous web form: link in your account / staff portal
- External: your local Citizens Advice, or a prescribed person under PIDA (e.g. Ofcom, ICO, FCA)
2. What we do#
- Acknowledge within 5 working days (where contact details given).
- Independent triage by the Audit Committee chair.
- Investigation by an independent party where warranted.
- Outcome reported back to you (where possible) and to the board.
- Annual aggregate report to staff.

3. No retaliation#
Retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith is itself a disciplinary offence under our employment terms. PIDA also gives you a statutory right to compensation if you suffer detriment for whistleblowing.
4. What's in scope#
- Criminal conduct or breach of legal obligation.
- Miscarriage of justice.
- Endangerment of health or safety.
- Damage to the environment.
- Deliberate concealment of any of the above.
5. Review & ownership#
Owner: Audit Committee Chair. Reviewed annually.
