12-month rolling term.
Your plan runs on a 12-month term that auto-renews for another 12 months each time. Give us 30 days' notice before your renewal date and you're free to leave - no exit fee, no haggling on the way out.
One annual adjustment - capped at UK inflation.
Your price is fixed for the contract term apart from a single annual adjustment on your anniversary, capped at the published UK CPI inflation rate. We don't add anything on top. Inflation is the one thing we can't control - but it's also the absolute ceiling, in writing.
